About the Blogger

Hello All,

You should probably know a little bit about me if you’re going to listen to my advice and pointless ranting. I am 22, I live in the suburbs of Chicago, went to Columbia for Journalism (fashion magazine focus) and Marketing. Interned at Chicago Collection Magazine where I was an editorial intern and styled for the fashion shoots. Also interned at Max Mara at the 900 N. Michigan shops as a stylist assistant and runner.

I started this blog four years ago thinking I knew everything about the fashion world and people would enjoy my posts and follow me. Well that idea has changed. Now there are millions of fashion bloggers, most much more dedicated than I. I used to feel tied down to the blog, like I had to write once a week or once a month and follow all these people just to get “views.”  I don’t even really care if anyone reads this, but if you do, thanks! However, now I am writing for myself.

Over the years I’ve noticed a lot of changes in my writing. The grammar and writing style has definitely improved, but today I now write with less concern of others opinions.

I hope you can take something away from this blog. Wether it’s fashion advice, life advice or just confidence.
